Kelly Hyland

Kelly’s active life began at an early age with dance and gymnastics. In her 20s, she fell in love with salsa dancing as well as being outdoors, traveling and fitness. Kelly discovered CrossFit in 2010 when she came to DogTown for an intro class. She quickly became a member and soon after pursued getting her CrossFit Level 1 trainer certificate. She coached her husband at the 2015 CrossFit Games and has been working in concert with him coaching and training athletes for the last 9 years. Since becoming a member of the staff at Dogtown, she has become an excellent coach obsessed with the fundamentals. She coaches classes, On Ramp introductory training as well as one on one private strength and conditioning. She has helped weight loss clients, people returning from injury, and aging clientele all get into shape and live better lives. She has a wealth of knowledge as a coach and an athlete.
