Hello DogTowner’s,

This week’s blog is an update on last week’s blog regarding the “Speak Up and Light Bangladesh” fundraiser.

The details of the workout (which will be held this Sunday at DogTown CrossFit) have been announced.

Like last week, I will let Emily Hopkins explain more in her own words…

 

The fundraiser for Bangladesh WOD has been announced!

It will be a Fight Gone Bad style workout. For anyone attending who may not be familiar with Fight Gone Bad: In this workout you spend one minute at each of the five stations, resulting in a five-minute round after which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating.

This event calls for three rounds. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of ‘rotate,’ the athletes must move to the next station immediately.

One point is given for each rep. The five stations will be:

Burpee box jumps

Double unders

Pull ups

Goblet squats (24/16 kg)

Hand release push ups

 

Please join us this Sunday, July 22nd, at 9:30 AM at Dogtown Crossfit.

There will be prize packs for the top 3 male and female RX'd finishers.
