Many of you have goals for the 90-day Paleo Challenge, which is awesome! Even if you’re not participating in the challenge, it’s still important to track your progress! I will continue to say this over and over, and over!!!!
Next week we are starting a new strength cycle that will require you to know your max lifts (back squat, deadlift, and shoulder press). If you missed out last week and were not able to get these numbers please contact us to find out when you can make this up.
Let’s see how much you can improve in 90 days! Please realize that strength training is a long process. It takes time and dedication and sometimes it’s not all that fun. If you miss a day in the cycle please try to make it up. You know if you put the work in.
If one of us asks what your numbers are and you don’t know there will be hell to pay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Know your stuff!!! Consider yourself warned : )
