
Adam started training at an early age in dank basements on Long Island. He abandoned a terrible career as a high school gymnast when he found his true calling playing Rugby for the University of Vermont. An old school snowboarder of over 25 years, he spent a number of years living the dream in VT, CO, and UT.
He attributes learning to squat and deadlift properly as to why he survived unscathed with knees intact! He spent the last two years building the CrossFit program at CrossFit Culver City before leaving to start DogTown! He works constantly to make sure DogTown CrossFit is providing the best possible training to it's members, and if given the opportunity, will talk your ear off about fitness and lifting (don't get him started if you have somewhere to be).
