HOW TO JOIN OUR COMMUNITY:

How do you get started? It's simple: You try it out. The people who train here have a wide variety of fitness levels, backgrounds and abilities. The common thread amongst our diverse clientele is their commitment to better health and fitness. Our members typically train at DogTown CrossFit 3-6 days per week.

  • Intro Classes are held Monday & Tuesday @ 6:30pm, and Saturday mornings @ 9:30am
  • Email: liz@dogtowncrossfit.com or call us @ 310-558-4496 to set up your free introductory session. About the intro session: You will be briefly introduced to the CrossFit principles and guided through the warm-up and then put through a scaled down workout. Many people think they are in good shape or think they are in bad shape, it is all irrelevant to us. What matters is your desire for results and willingness to work.

We have the best, most knowledgable and committed coaching staff that will help your reach your fitness goals in a fun, no-nonsense environment.  We don't sell shoes and protein supplements, however you can find the best options here at DogTown.  We COACH: for fun, safety, health and if you want, competition.  Our program provides personal training at a fraction of what it would cost at a typical commercial gym and we will get you much better results.
