Technically, CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movement performed at high intensity.
It means never knowing what's coming next and oddly enjoying every minute of it. Your workouts will not be the same from day to day, or even from week to week.
CrossFit strives to create a high level of general physical preparedness. From moving groceries, to moving a collapsed building, from a casual jog on the beach to an all out sprint from a rabid grizzly bear... our aim at DogTown CrossFit is to make you fit enough for any of life's infinite random possibilities, and have a good time doing it.
Intro Class is mandatory for anyone interested in being a part of the DogTown CrossFit program. This class is designed to give the first-timer a taste of what is to come when considering making the (awesome) choice to make CrossFit your preferred method of staying fit, healthy and strong.
This class will show you the most basic body weight movements and put you through a short high intensity workout.
