Hey DogTowners! We have just completed Day 10 of our 40 day Paleo Primer. That means we're 25% of the way through! By now, your sugar cravings should be letting up slightly and you should start feeling better as well. Keep up the good work and stay the course. It can only get better from here!
With a challenge such as this, there can be many excuses. One that I hear the most often is: 'I don't know how or have the time to cook'. This coming Monday night (January 30th) from 5-8pm, Ted Butler from Chef By Request, an at-home Paleo Meal Delivery Service will be at DogTown to hand out samples, explain the service and answer any questions you may have. I have personally tasted several of their meals and found them quite satisfying and tasty.
For many of you, this challenge is nothing new. But for some, it's your first Paleo Challenge with us at DogTown, and the first one can definitely be overwhelming and can come with the uncomfortable feeling of treading in foreign territory.
